Cole’s Bar is a Chicago tavern where neighbors rub shoulders with up and coming musicians, artists, and comedians.
The front room of Cole’s is always free, but we usually charge for shows in the back.
On Wednesdays at 8:00pm Cole’s hosts one of the Nation’s best comedy open mics, featuring Victoria Vincent and Lucia Whalen.
LOCATION:
We are located at 2338 N Milwaukee Ave in Logan Square, Chicago.
PHOTOBOOTH:
Cole’s Bar proudly hosts one of only six remaining vintage FILM photo booths in the city of Chicago.
Our booth is owned and maintained by Saybre Photography.
BOOKING INFO:
All bands, performers, and audience must be 21+ with valid ID. Load in is between 8 and 9 pm. We have a full PA and sound setup.
To book a show contact someone from our collaborative booking team and include available dates (be specific) and band name in the subject line. Include a link to the music and any other pertinent data in the body of the email. Touring bands – find 2 local supporting acts and include the name of the local act and the date you need on the subject line.
We book in batches, every two to three weeks, for dates between 2-4 months in advance. If we didn’t get back to you, it means the booking period is full, so send a new date in a different month. A follow up email 1 or 2 weeks later also helps.

COMEDY OPEN MIC:
Is free every Wednesday Night. Sign up to perform at 7:15, show starts at 8 pm. Each comedian gets approximately 4 minutes. All audiences and performers must be 21+
heads up: we do NOT offer refunds for tickets if the ticket purchaser is not able to provide a valid ID stating they are 21+ upon entry, or if the ticket purchaser is unable to attend the event.
