Chipped Topaz is dark dungeon synth hailing from Brooklyn NY. Pairing synth, fx, flutes, and baubles with electric/acoustic guitar and ‘diabolical’ references, Chipped Topaz is the live band that Tristram never got to have play for its miserable inhabitants and death-seeking champions Cloister Shadows is Berlin School inspired Dungeon Synth hailing from Detroit, Michigan. Desolation Plains is a one-person fantasy synth act hailing from Minneapolis, Minnesota, exploring the dark and foreboding atmosphere of the Dungeon Synth genre with nostalgic sounds reminiscent of a long-forgotten Sega Genesis stored in your mom’s basement. As the listener is transported into places of forlorn dread and dangerous travel, it is not uncommon to also find themselves in the midst of resolute atmospheres and triumphant melodies. Desolation Plains provides a listening experience that resonates with fans of classic RPG soundtracks and modern dungeon synth alike. Hailing from Milwaukee, WI, Vienatvė plays forever drifting and hopelessly lost ambient/field recordings influenced by Heidegger and the unquenchable debt we owe ourselves that we will never be able to repay.
